How far do you travel?Nowhere is too far! Last year we played in the South of France! We are based in Birmingham, Warwickshire and Bath, so we travel everywhere.
-
How long do you play for?If it's a daytime acoustic set it will be a total playing time of 1.5 hours. We can split this time up to suit you. So we can play at the ceremony, then at the reception arrival and during the wedding breakfast. We're really flexible. With an evening set, either acoustic band or electric band, is a total playing time of 2.0 hours. usually this is played over 2 x 1 hour sets or we can do 3 x 40 minute sets. Again, we can split the playing times up into sets to suit you.
-
How long do you need to set up and sound check? We require one hour to set up and sound check. We can usually be done in under an hour, but sometimes venues are large and we have to carry the equipment in. Prior to your event we can discuss when the best time to arrive is.
-
How much space do need?Three piece acoustic band - 3mts x 3 mtrs minimum. Four piece Electric Band - 4mrs x 3mtrs minimum.

What is the iPad DJ?All of our quotes include playing music on the iPad to play through the sound system between band performances. You can request your own playlist and the system will play the songs one after the other without any spaces. In the evening sets, it will be a disco volume to keep the party going.
-
Can you play our first dance or wedding entrance music?Yes. We want your day to be as magical as we can make it. We need 6 weeks notice to rehearse the song and we ask for it to be "band playable" so we can give it our best shot. We do reserve the right to not play some certain songs if it doesn't fit our style. Also, please note the a cover live performance of any song will not be exactly the same as the original in terms of tempo and other characteristics. We can also play the original version of your song on the iPad.
-
Should I get the Acoustic band or the Electric Band?Acoustic band is always the best choice for daytime music. We play a chilled setlist for you and your guests to enjoy. When it comes to the evening it's totally up to you. The acoustic band can get a party going just as much as the electric band and is more affordable. The electric band will be a heavier and rockier vibe and gets the party going just as much. Check out the videos and testimonials.
-
Can we choose your set list? You can of course go through the repertoire and tell us any songs that you don't want us to play and ask if we play certain songs. As we've been doing this for many years, we have come to work out what songs should be played in a certain part of the evening and which songs go well together. Also we resond to whatever the crowd is doing in front of us so we mainly choose the song that's coming next as we go.
-
Our venue has a sound limiter, is that OK?"Of course! They are installed to protect the neighbours from loud noise. It can cause a problem sometimes, especially when the crowd sing along at the top of their voices! But we play quite a lot of venues with limiters and can work with them fine.
-
Do you have Public Liability Insurance and is your Equipment PAT tested?Yes we have full PLI insurance and all of our equipment is PAT tested every year.
-
What equipment will you provide? We provide everything don't worry. This includes PA sound system, stage lighting and all instruments. All we ask for is a power source.
